Falcon's senior club captainĀ  Imogen Gould produced yet another fantastic performance at the Burns Meet held at Ponds Forge in Sheffield on January 15\ 16th. Competing in the 100m Breaststroke, finishing in a time of 1.14.72 (PB), making the final and finshing in 6th place overall, the time was good enough to qualify her for the British Championships in Manchester on March 6th. In the 50m Breaststroke she recorded a time of 34.51. In the 200m Individual Medley her time was 2.26.53 (PB), with both times good enough to qualify for the Senior National's later in the year. In the 200m Ind Medley, Imogen made the final but had to withdraw has she had to make the journey to Birmingham where Falcon were competing in the National League later that day.

A spokesman for the club said " the club is extermely proud of what Imogen has achieved so far, her commitment to training is something to be admired and she is a true role model for all of our other swimmers, hopefully she will continue improving and who knows where it will lead. A lot of credit must go to parents Martin and Misckha and younger sister Olivia for all their support."
